Due to an unbalanced diet or a lack of browse, the teeth can develop malformed where they are an abnormal shape. (Postmortem Asian Female)

They can also rotate during eruption due to a lack of browse failing to produce physiological atrittion and progressive tooth loss. (Postmortem Asian female)

The lack of browse can also cause impaction of the molars in the rostal aspect of the palate. (Asian female)

Extraction of the impacted segment becomes necessary. (Asian female)

Occasionally it is necessary and possible to extract molars in whole. (Asian female)
